Why don’t you offer 12-week or 3-month blocks?

I’ve moved away from fixed blocks so I can offer more consistent, ongoing support. Real progress doesn’t happen in neat timeframes, and this approach allows your training and nutrition to evolve without constant restarts or renewals.

What kind of support is included?

You’ll receive personalised training, nutrition guidance, regular programme updates, accountability, and messaging support. This isn’t daily food policing — it’s practical coaching to help you stay consistent and make progress.

Is this the same as in-person personal training?

No — online coaching focuses on structure, accountability, and support outside the gym. In-person sessions are about hands-on coaching during training. Some clients choose one, some combine both.

Will I have to track calories or weigh myself?

No. Some clients choose to track for short periods to build awareness, but it’s never a requirement. Progress is measured in strength, confidence, energy, and how you feel in your body — not just a number on the scales.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — online coaching runs on a rolling basis. Most clients stay because it’s helping, not because they’re locked in.

Is this suitable if I’m new to training?
